A special thank you to Kate, who provided such excellent customer service. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating with all our requests and made the preparation leading up to the party completely stress-free. On the day, Kate and the whole team were amazing. We had 24 kids and the facilitators did a fantastic job keeping everyone engaged and entertained. The slime and potion-making activities were a huge hit and the kids had an absolute blast! The program was clearly explained, the party flowed really well and everything was handled so professionally. As parents, we really appreciated how dedicated and organised the team was. "We had a really great experience for our child’s birthday party at Fizz Kidz. From our initial inquiry, to the team on the day, everyone was super responsive and helpful and certainly made sure the kids were having a good time. I appreciated the option to self cater, but also have the team prepare some hot food platters. A special shout out to Lucy and Alicia (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) who wrangled our crew on the day and were nothing short of fabulous!
