Gianna and Ava hosted and were absolutely fantastic — energetic, engaging, and they made sure every single child felt welcome and included in the activities. A huge thank you to Swetha as well, who went above and beyond accommodating our gluten-free and other dietary requests, working with our music choices, and even letting us bring our own pinata as a last-minute addition. "Had my daughter’s 4th birthday party at fizz kidz Balwyn on the weekend. It was amazing. From the minute we walked in our kids had attention from experienced staff who were great at capturing kids attention. They made the birthday girl feel extra special and they all gave us time to unpack all from the car. The kids loved thier creations and the party was well managed. Everything no was so well considered. They even had coordinated kids to gather around the bday gal for a special photo, and a family photo (which I always forget to coordinate myself) so that for me was extra special. I usually come home drained and exhausted from kids birthday parties but I felt relaxed and light and my kids were so happy. And just wanted to get home and play with the slime they just created."

"We had such a great experience at Fizz Kidz Balwyn! Swetha was wonderful to deal with — so responsive, easy to communicate with, and made the whole process really simple. Ava and Chloe were amazing party hosts — so warm, enthusiastic and engaging. They kept all the kids busy and having fun throughout. We also loved having the private venue exclusively to ourselves, which made it especially easy and stress-free with younger kids — no worries about them running off! "We had a great experience for My daughter's birthday party. She and her friends had a fantastic time at Fizz kidz Balwyn. Ruby and Chloe were caring and very good at engaging with all kids. Usually my daughter is shy, but she participated from the start to the end with a big smile. My  daughter chose the theme, but unfortunately it was only dancing music for it. Some parents didn't know about Kpop Damon Hunters. It would be better, if you have a bit of Kpop Damon Hunter's decorations etc. My daughter says " the best party ever!!" "Our 6yo son and his friends had an absolute blast at Fizz Kidz Balwyn! Everything ran smoothly and on schedule. Food was perfect, and the ice cream cake was magnificent!
