"We had a great experience for My daughter's birthday party. She and her friends had a fantastic time at Fizz kidz Balwyn. Ruby and Chloe were caring and very good at engaging with all kids. Usually my daughter is shy, but she participated from the start to the end with a big smile. My  daughter chose the theme, but unfortunately it was only dancing music for it. Some parents didn't know about Kpop Damon Hunters. It would be better, if you have a bit of Kpop Damon Hunter's decorations etc. My daughter says " the best party ever!!" Thanks, Swetha and Fizz Kidz team. You are amazing! We highly recommend Fizz Kidz."

A special thank you to Kate, who provided such excellent customer service. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating with all our requests and made the preparation leading up to the party completely stress-free. On the day, Kate and the whole team were amazing. We had 24 kids and the facilitators did a fantastic job keeping everyone engaged and entertained. The slime and potion-making activities were a huge hit and the kids had an absolute blast! "We recently had a party at Geelong Fizz Kids for our 5-year-old, and it was an absolute hit! There was such a fantastic selection of activities for the children to choose from, and the best part was that they got to take their creations home as party favours. The staff were amazing. They ran through the schedule with us beforehand, answered any questions we had, and were incredibly flexible in accommodating an additional child (a sibling) on the day. They were attentive to detail, supportive of the children who needed extra help, and made sure everyone had a wonderful time. Would I have another party there? Absolutely!
