"The hosts of the party were fun and energetic and entertaining. My daughter and her friends enjoyed the activities. The food was ample and yummy. The space was clean and bright. Communication was good.The ice cream cake was beautifully decorated and tasted great. Cake and lolly bags prepared by the venue at extra cost, and worth it for the convenience."

"My daughter had her 8th birthday party at the Essendon studio. Can't fault the party hosts or the activities, but would strongly encourage that they reconsider the chairs on the slippery floor - after over 7 falls from the chairs I had to ask them to remove them for the remainder of the party for safety reasons. Everything else was great."

"We had a great experience for My daughter's birthday party. She and her friends had a fantastic time at Fizz kidz Balwyn. Ruby and Chloe were caring and very good at engaging with all kids. Usually my daughter is shy, but she participated from the start to the end with a big smile. My  daughter chose the theme, but unfortunately it was only dancing music for it. Some parents didn't know about Kpop Damon Hunters. It would be better, if you have a bit of Kpop Damon Hunter's decorations etc. My daughter says " the best party ever!!" "We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Fizz Kidz Yarraville! From booking right through to the day of the party, everything was smooth, easy and well organised. A special thank you to Kate, who provided such excellent customer service. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating with all our requests and made the preparation leading up to the party completely stress-free. On the day, Kate and the whole team were amazing. We had 24 kids and the facilitators did a fantastic job keeping everyone engaged and entertained. The slime and potion-making activities were a huge hit and the kids had an absolute blast! The program was clearly explained, the party flowed really well and everything was handled so professionally. As parents, we really appreciated how dedicated and organised the team was.
