"Good Birthday Party Experience, but Communication Could Be Improved! We recently celebrated our daughter's birthday at Fizz Kidz Cheltenham, and overall, it was a lovely experience! It's a fantastic place for children's birthday parties, with a fun, creative and engaging environment. Our daughter really enjoyed her special day, and seeing her happy made the experience worthwhile. The only disappointing part was the communication and coordination before the party. We didn't receive a confirmation or reminder call on the day or even the day before, and unfortunately, the team arrived late. This created some unnecessary stress on an occasion when parents should be able to relax and enjoy their child's celebration. As someone with experience in business management and customer service, I believe implementing a simple CRM system with automated reminders, follow-ups and scheduling could make a big difference. It would help the team stay organised, avoid delays and deliver a more consistent customer experience. Despite this, we appreciate the team's efforts and the enjoyable experience they created for our daughter. Fizz Kidz Cheltenham has a great concept and lots of potential. With a little improvement in communication, punctuality and customer relationship management, it could easily deliver a five-star experience. Thank you to the team for making our daughter's birthday a memorable one. We wish you continued success! Recommended for families looking for a fun and creative birthday party venue!"

She had such a natural way of capturing the children’s attention, keeping them engaged, entertained and excited throughout the entire party. Everything ran so smoothly, making the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free for the parents too. The experiments were fantastic, interactive and so much fun for the kids! We also loved the thoughtful personal touches, especially having our son’s favourite songs played throughout the party, which made his birthday even more special.
